Good to meet you!  I am a former litigator who specialized in White Collar and Government Investigations work for over 8 years at two Am Law firms, White & Case LLP and Dentons US LLP.  I was born and raised in Manhattan by my immigrant Costa Rican parents who worked incredibly hard to get me to the “right” schools so that I could ultimately make them proud by becoming an attorney.  While I loved law school and certain aspects of practicing law, I ultimately decided to try my hand at something more business oriented and took a leap of faith and started the New York City office of a British litigation finance shop, Vannin Capital.  I enjoyed the sales and business development aspects of the litigation finance world but I ultimately felt that as a natural people person, I needed to work more directly with people on a personal level. 

All of my experiences have led me to where I am today, a legal recruiter who cares deeply about the attorneys and firm clients I work with. I absolutely love this job. Anyone who knows me, knows that I thrive off of meeting new people, getting to truly know people and making connections.  I have come to see legal recruitment not only as a profession but I would go so far to even say it’s a calling.  Attorneys and law firm clients I have worked with have become friends and our relationship extends beyond just finding a great fit that makes everyone on both sides happy.  I care deeply about the people I work with and I make it my mission to help people find happiness in their careers.  I myself have been though many twists and turns and know how daunting and frustrating the job search process can be.  I want nothing else but to turn what can be a painful, annoying and deflating process into a seamless, exciting and even fun experience.  I look forward to getting to know you!
